Don't have room or can't wait for Revell's 1/72 scale fleet boat? Maybe this will fit your space/budget better:

This is an interesting development! Just the thing to go next my SSN21! Just wish it was the later version with the cut down conning tower. :) Wonder how long it will take the after market to come up with the add-ons to customize the boat?

Certainly helps in the shelf-space department.

Can you post the link please? I tried checking their website and Goggle with no luck.

Ahhhh, never mind. Found it.

I got this kit.
It looks easy to assemble.

All we have to do is making handrail.

It's a great kit! I've started mine and I've got to say I just love this scale.
Already did the Seawolf and the Kilo. Trumpeter should be coming out soon with their 1944 version of the Gato which will make a nice display with the two variations. Not sure if Trumpy folks read these boards but just in case they do all I can say is.....KEEP'EM COMING!

It's looking like we're getting closer to the 1944 version of the Gato! Stevens Hobby is now displaying the boxart of this kit!
