Can't find this mod

Have just reinstalled my SH3 and have been looking for a special mod. This mod make it possible to increase the effect on the shells. Instead of using perhaps 10 shells on a merch, you just need two or three after having installed this mod.

Not sure what the "damage" mod would be but I am sure it can be adjusted with the mini tweaker program by Timetraveller.:) Worth a try!
