(edit)
Does running DW at a high resolution prevent me from downloading custom missions that may have been built at a different resolution during multi-player set up?

I had no problems last week, but I recently set my resolution to 1024 or higher(I forget) and now I cant download missions at the set up screen. i guess ican go find out the hard way, but it'll be a while before another game will likly start, i figured I could get an answer here faster :)

No the screen resolution shouldn't matter... but I have no idea why you can't upload missions.

Nope, game settings don't effect the file transfers at all... this kind of information is not encoded in the missions files. :)

More precisely, there is direct no logical link between high resolutions and mission transfers failing.

There is however, a chance that there is a bug in the interface code that makes higher resolutions fail at getting the transfer even started.

IOW: Needs testing.

Slightly OT but connected:

I notice that if I run at 800x600 :o my mouse works fine in the windowed game. But at 1024x768 the mouse
is fine in Nav but fails to make course/depth/speed changes in the normal click to change method.

Any ideas please ?
