Does anyone here collect old mobile phones?

I do. Only Nokia (I'm a Finn, after all!). Right now I am up to 17 working specimens. About 15 have hit the trash thanks to faults and malfunctions. My collection dates from 1993 to 2004.

It's a GREAT hobby!

Altough some people tend to think I'm wierd when I speak into my old, beloved Nokia 2110 (http://mobile.softpedia.com/phones/Nokia/Nokia-2110.shtml) in the middle of Helsinki's hypermodern cameraphones!

Not me. I joined the service I use because they gave me a free Samsung. After a year they gave me a free upgrade, a Nokia this time. It's the only one I have.

Oh, no offense to anyone, but I hate the default Nokia ringtone, and I cringe anytime I hear it in public. Seems to me that people are too lazy or too stupid to change it. I don't see how anyone could actually like that.

Beer??? Hell no, of three reasons.

1. It tastes disgusting.

2. I'm (according to the Finnish law) still too young for that.

Its true in a night at the pub i can nock back a litre or more (dependsing on funds and if i want to get absolutly smashed) now inside the pub smokey and horrible air it wont affect.

Step out side and the last thing i remember was being carried and propt up on my cousins wedding car.

The words of wisdom came from my uncle "take it like a man" and ...........i was sick over the car and whoooa. havnt seen my cousin in 2 years since that.

Ah, the nokia 2110. I had that phone. :D May I ask why you use it, I also prefer old phones, they are simpiler, but the 2110 is literally big as a brick.
