Flak destroyed wih subs in harbour!

Hi!
I know.. a few month ago there were threads about the problem with subs placing them into the harbour and the destroyed flak caused of them.But I can´t find them!!! Meanwhile there should be a fix.. used for example by Improved U-Boat. Can someone please tell me how to place subs without the flak being destroyed?

Um this is a little late but I have seen this problem and was due to the map being checked as a Multi Player when it was supposed to be a single player, possibly this was the problem?
