In this mission one of your goals is "spawn" 2 Akulas before kill them. How can I force a sub to spawn?
to spawn any object after the mission start do this :
create a dynamic group
put everything you want to create on a "special occasion" inside this group
set probability of this dynamic group to "0"
this way it won't be created at mission start
make a trigger fired by anything (destination goal, kill goal etc ...) and on the last screen :
action => create object
add group => the group(s) you created

Depending on the random start up parameters set in the mission, many of those goals are irrelevant and don't need to be completed.
If your score is 100% of the available points, you've done everything you can to finish the mission.
In fact, often designers will put in "goals" that are actually things you have to prevent from happening or else you will lose points and possibly fail the mission.
