Operation Monsun Question

I have a question regarding Operation Monsun mod for SH4....

I am looking for a Environment Mod like OMEGU but I want the ability to use Auto TDC. I have read that with OMEGU you cant use Auto Targeting and that later on in the campaign you will have to use it even if you remove the the subfolder named "Karamazov" in OMEGU_V300_Patch7 when you get a upgrade to the Typ XXIII submarine.

I really cant stand the looks of stock SH4 and was hoping they may be a list of mods or one mod that can give me most of what OMEGU does without the drawbacks mentioned above

I used to use RFB with OP Monsun , enviro looked great and you could use auto target.

I used OM and OMEGA for a long time and I never saw where it disabled the Auto Targeting but you do not really need it.
