RSRDCv502 is available here (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=1414). Note that this version is for use with TMO. This list (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=cat&id=10) has versions for RFB and stock SH4 1.5.

JSGME (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=3951) can also be found here at Subsim Downloads, and has been for some time now.
