Do you mean that you want to play as the Japanese?

I'm not sure you can use an Axis powers ship in a US career.

for creating missions or patrols, if you look in the mis fles there is a line that determines which side it is on

I think its just the number 1 or 2 that determines the side it is on

side - 1 = American or allied

side - 2 = japan or axis
