Anyone know the official time and date of the surrender and cessation of hostilities in the silent hunter 4 ??

I am wanting to test something and need to know the exact time and date of the game war end.:arrgh!:

It ends at the end of the day of August 14th, 1945. At midnight, instead of turning over to the 15th, you get the end of the war screen.
