Help needed with TDC _ UIs mod

I had a read of the thread on recommended Mods for beginners, and downloaded the list suggested. I am having a problem in that the new UIs-TDC v6.9 mod is not working. I set it up in JSGME, I have the basic game patched to v1.2 as suggested. I get no errors of any sort that I can see. I have tried with a saved campaign and starting a new one, in case it needs you in port to set up, but no joy - nothing shows. I've had a play with the Options File Editor application, to set things up how I want them but still no go. I'm probably missing something very straightforward - can anyone help?

Some mods are not ready to install with JSGME.
To check this - open the folder until you find one with a "data" folder inside it.
This is the one you want to istall with jsgme:up:
