Slow reloading of torpedos

Hi everyone I'm new to sub sims and was wondering why on quick missions it takes the crew ages to reload the torpedo tubes after they have been fired

Hi and welcome abord:salute:,to your question by default it takes 1.74mins to load a torpedo depending on your realism settings,give them some medals they will load up a bit quicker.hope that answers your question.

you can change the settings from realistic reload to not in the options / gameplay menu. also check your crews skill.

the crew will not reload if you are on silent running, it's too noisy.
