I'm sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it when I searched the forums or in any of the manuals. The radar range switch goes has a left and right position. What are the differences in range between the two positions? Which is short and which is long?

IIRC default position (when you start) is short range.

Left for short and right for long.
