Making a new submarine for SH5?

Hi guys. I have a little question about modding the SH5. I dont know the mod capability of SH5 yet. Is it possible to make a new submarine with interior? And their own performances just like speed or how much deep it can go? And what i need for put an 3d sub into the sh5? 3dmax plug-ins or what?
