[TEC] How to open the Editors?

i have read, just right click on the taskbar icon and there it shows the menu. but i have no menus there, just the normal context-menus, to close, maximizie,etc.

i have win xp x64 pro...

help is appreciated!

just remove the semicolons in the main.cfg to activate them...

but i still have problems to open the terrain editor...it simply doesnt open...any idea someone?
