Daylight/Time Zones

I've been wondering why my piece of the Pacific seems to have an anomaly...

Is it a known bug to see the sun rise and set at 1030 & 2230 respectively?

Makes for some long days. Kinda weird.

The clock uses the timezone of the base iirc. Not sure if that is allways Pearl Harbor, Hawaii or your assigned base. So if you're somewhere else you need to deduct/add timezones. The question is now, where are thoser borders ???? Anybody a clue?
