Hey Guys,

This is my first time on this forum so please be patient.

I like a few before me just cannot get DW to link with a buddy over the net. Ive checked out that read me file that shows help tips. We both have tried our shown IP's and our 'real' IP's. We have made sure that the network adapter is shown as the correct one in the .ini file. The only thing we havent tried is opening of new ports but I know that there is some risk in this. Surely there is an easy way!? We can creat rooms each but we cant seem to see them when we try to join. We both LOVE this game.

Many thanks in advance for help and patience!

Chris

do either of you get a database not the same error message?

You have to all run the same version i.e 103 or 104 lwami and such.

sometimes connections are not compatable depends if you have a steam download or black bean disc ect (steam is the worst one of them all).

Router ports 2300-2400 should be open when using a router with DW. For more Port Forwarding info see http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm
