Monthly Silent Hunter Community Meet

To all Silent Hunter fans:

Subsim and ComSubsPac proudly presents the newest part of the Silent Hunter community, our monthly Silent Hunter Community Meet!

What makes this different from many other meets in the past is you have no need to travel any further than your computer to participate. The entire meeting is done using the ComSubsPac TeamSpeak server.

Many long time and well-known members of the community are guests of honor and the meet provides everyone the opportunity to ask questions and discuss many topics about Silent Hunter and the SH community with those who have helped to shape the face of our favorite submarine sims.

Meet old friends and make new ones as we all help bring the community closer together and have a fun time!

The meet is hosted by Subsim and ComSubsPac every third Sunday of the month at 9:00 PM UK Time Zone. Officially the duration of the meet is two hours but everyone is welcome to hang out and chat longer if they wish.

For those of you living in the USA, that means the times would be as follows:


4:00 PM Eastern
3:00 PM Central
2:00 PM Mountain
1:00 PM Pacific


If you live in an area that does not observe Daylight Savings Time it would be one hour earlier than those listed.

The Game Clock on the ComSubsPac home page is set to U.K. time. You also can refer to this clock if you want to know what the U.K. time is relative to where you live.

To participate in the meet all you need is a microphone, the TeamSpeak client, and registration at ComSubsPac to access the TeamSpeak server.

You can get TeamSpeak 2 at www.teamspeak.com (http://www.teamspeak.com) and then register as a member at ComSubsPac ( www.comsubspac.com (http://www.comsubspac.com) ).

If you need help or have any further questions about participating in the meet, just ask one of the admins at ComSubsPac or the moderators here in the Multiplayer section of the Subsim forums.

No need to post here if you've already used Private Messaging to resolve the matter. Further questions about registering at ComSubsPac should be directed to the administrators there.

You also do not need to quote entire posts in the forums when you are replying, Ssgt_Wolverine. This is especially true when your reply immediately follows the post to which you are responding.

I recommend you read the FAQ&Rules. The link is near the top of the web page and will provide a great many answers and tips on posting and participating in the Subsim community.

Just trying to help you out with how things work so your activities in the Subsim Radioroom are more enjoyable for yourself and everyone else. :know:

I must apologize on behalf of our missing guests of honor. Due to personal commitments and scheduling conflicts they were unable to attend.

You know Sneaking In, hum, I think I've seen this map before. thats right...... I MADE THIS MAP!!!!! OWNER YOU MIGHT REMEMBER ME. I was called ddmobiltv, and the hellish. I remember when nibbie started this group on team speak, we actually played and had a good time. We helped others out when they came to ts, so they could register, and help them with mods, as well as help them with map editor.

i did try to e-mail, but he wont respond. I saw him in ts for com-subs-pac, and he wouldnt reply to my messages or talk to me. So I figured this is the best way, seems how he seems to come here often. Besides, if you reading this message, would'nt you reply to it, if the other person was lieing?

Please keep on topic and do as Neal has politely asked and restrict your issues with owner to communications other than the public forums here.
