Overclockers Uk

In the last week make a online order in the site of overclockers uk, buying all hardware wich i need to upgrate my new pc, on the online form i give all information about my adresse, my credit card, and all the process went well in my point of view.

But its the first time i use this site to buy hardware and i was counting to recebe a e-mail from them after i place my order: saying my order was recebe and my payment was ok, and wich i will recebe my order next Monday, 12 of January 2008, in my place in Funchal-Portugal, wich i didnt, and all so writ two e-mails to them and i didnt recebe any notice from them, may be some one know this site, and may be some one buy any thing from them and have more experience than me, wich can tell me if this its normal to happen.

I have afraid to make a new order and duplicate the material wich i request at the first time, i think its beter to wait one or two days to see what happened, this situation its new to me...times to time i buy thing wich i need in the internet but never happed this situation before, so i dont know what to do! :damn:

Thanks in advance, any help about this it will be lot apreciated...

Apparently you are not the only one in the world dealing with poor customer service from the OCUK clowns. Endevour to persevere keep at'em but do NOT reorder anything or give them another dime until you get the first order sorted out.
