Use MissionEdotor Can You Put More Snow on Land

We have SHIII GWX Supermod and use missioneditor to make our own missions,

Question:

We made a mission in Norway and have tried ALL Months to get more snow on land. The trees have alot, but the land has only a little snow. Is their a mod that will put more snow on ground.

ALSO: Mod to make it SNOW, instead of rain.
