Yes, the new version will have ingame options to determine time of day and weather (by the missiond esignerS9. No longer external texture swapping by the user needed.

Note what Ssnake says there: do not expect the new update before 8 weeks from now on - at the earliest. Which in SBP realities means nothing else than most probably even longer. :lol:
