Anyone still playing?

I found out recently that my laptop can't run SH4, so I decided to pick up another copy of SH3. Are people still playing SH3 via multiplayer, or has everyone moved to SH4?

I was actually quite surprised to see the number of games that were open and active today. Hooray.

Hi m8ty , yeah im new to this forum to , but had the same problem SH4 wont run well on this ancient PC , so ive been on SH3 and yes there still seems some and good active players here

There are, in fact, lots of people still playing SH3 online. However, most are organised into their own online groups or flotillas, which is why you don't see too many posts here. But we're all still here, and still playing... :yep:

Been to SH4 but i came back to SH3, Just seem to enjoy it more. Heaps of people are still there, it just depends on your timezone. I host friday and Saturday nights and your more than welcome.

I still have yet to experience the fun of multiplayer. :cry:

It's been a case of one d**n thing after another.

Hard drive blows up.
Vid card blows up.
Windows blows up.

I'm just now getting to the point where my system is in order so I can scrap everything and go for a fresh install.

Then, it is my sincere wish to find out what life is like outside of single player campaigns! :)

THE SH3.0 IS BEING PLAYED AT COMSUBSPAC.COM AT 8 PM GMT TIME TO 3am gmt time 3 to 4 new games each night . i am in arizona so the time in the u s a is 12 pm to 8 pm west cost time the club has a clock on it that is the time we play at and the games that we play :):yeah:

No ping means you cannot host a game,
in your Modem,assuming you have one,
you must Enable Nat,
if you see a game up with no ping
you cannot join that host,
simple,
make sure you use your game manual
to set up the proper ports,
switch off your windows firewall
before hosting,
make Ubisoft a safe site in your
computer settings,
some antivirus programmes also
stop you from hosting,check it or disable it
before hosting a game,
if all of the above is too confusing for you?
