Connection Drops @ UBI Server 5-10-2008

Has anyone been experiencing connection issues (drops) with the UBI SERVER lately?

Myself and some of my MP buddy players have. We are all running the same install of SH4. Stock install; patched 1.4 and no mods installed.

As you can see from the traffic and posts in here, I don't think a lot of people are doing the multiplayer. I wish I could help, but I don't play online at this time. Maybe some maintenence on the server?
Sorry I can't help, but you at least deserve to have someone answer the post even if it's "I don't know". Maybe a question to Ubi Support?

BUMP.....my problem still exists. Is anyone having problems with UBI server dropped connections during MP games?

When I get a moment I'm going to try an online game today and see what happens. If I do I'll come back here and post my findings.

We were able to run a game yesterday without drops.

Well I did a solo mp. Generated mission that had many escorts at least 1 16000 ton carrier and large cruiser with various other ships. I didn't get dropped. Frame rate was a bit slower than when I'm playing my campaign though.

UPDATE:
I being a DSL user seemed to be the problem. One of my phone line extensions had a line filter go bad and it was disconnecting me everytime we got an incoming call. Tracked the bad one down and replaced it. I have not had a disconnect problem since then.

I hope you didn't get rid of the 'bad' filter. You could quickly plug it back in just as you're faced with certain demolition when under a withering DC attack ("Whooops! Guess I don't get a KIA after all")
