Drivable Ohio SSBN finally work out. for fair play purpose, AI Ohio still can only launch normal weapon, only Drivable Ohio SSBN can launch Trident D5
related thread before: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=126528
the most important part: Trident D5 Strategic Nuclear Missile
(tips for anyone interested: doctrine and missile's weight are the key part)

Looks good. :D
Is this for DW? Also, is there any way I can get it, and the Ohio if it is?
Chock

All you've got to do now is get it to separate into 14 W88 475 kiloton MIRVs at high altitude, and you're in business
:D Chock

Is it me, or does it look like that is taking a horizontal flight profile rather than a more traditional ballistic flightpath?
Did you have a cruise missle and change the mapping to show a ballistic missile?
Great job either way.

sure, simulate a nuclear warhead, real Wassive Destruction Weapon, easy job, Database modify can do

Yep! more spare time required , "doctrine" is the hard part

Good question, first of all, those are real live pictures, I wish I have that level of Photoshop Skill
Second of all: at the first begining, I try again and again aim for "ballistic flightpath", but the missile's weight, altitude, speed, angle....all related to the doctrine, one change, all change. I thought it was easy , just like a bigger one like SS-N-16 ballistic flightpath. but eventually, I found out, the DW mathematics model isn't that good to support such a long-range missile, at such altitude, speed, to perform a perfect ballistic flightpath
so I came up a doctrine: after missile launched, force the missile fly in specific altitude(30000 meter, I think), when the missile close the target, terminal_home, boom!------------not a perfect path, but a close one, and the best path I could came up
Is this for DW? Also, is there any way I can get it, and the Ohio if it is?
Self-Entertainment product, I wish I can share it with all of you, but the drivable Ohio come from an add-on program I write, which they call "grey" one:down: , so :damn:

Why don't you use your skills to help our resident Dr. who has taken upon himself to develop a truly freeware modern naval subsim, moddable from the start. ;)

There's no need for help at the moment except for expert guidance or ideas. All I need now from all of you is patience ! :arrgh!:

Yes, would be great to have. If only the DW SDK code was released. Surely it could by now!
