What chance is there of playing I Boats

I am curious as to how feasible is it to make a number the IJN Submarines playable. Imagine employing a KAITEN, launching a float plane or launching Midgets 11NM outside of Pearl Harbor! The IJN had 4 foreign built submarines in service 2 IXC's ex U-511 (RO 500)and ex U-1224 (RO 511) as well as 2 Italian boats I 503 (Marcello class) and I 504 (Marconi Class).

It's entirely feasible to add new AI subs, but launchable units like that would probably be a little bit of a stretch... though may be possible, I mean we can launch those rafts.

I would say really it depends on the will of very competent modders, which do exist. One problem is that I haven't heard of anyone willing to do the work for this.
