Rusty U boats

Ive noticed in some pictures that sometimes subs have corrotiondamage, ruststains if you like. Is this photoretuch effects or implemented in GWX or some other xtention.

There are skins that you can get that add this effect. Fubars come to mind, as well there are others. If you do a search for fubars's skins you will find the thread.
