Which Mod is this, that renders these cloud formations on the horizon?

These pictures were posted yesterday in an IRC chat, but the user there didn't know which mod it is or whether if it is at all a mod. He found the pics some days ago on a SHIII/IV MP gaming clan website but didn't remember the URL.

There were actualy 3 differn't sky packs to chose from when he did the mod. But I do not know if he pulled it along with his other mod's.

Is there anyway to still get this? What happened to Seedler, best I can tell he just packed up and left one day. Anyone heard from him?

I don't think that is Seedler's sky mod the textures look way smother than the ones in stock or any other sky mod I've seen. Could be wrong maybe the guy who made them has got a £400 graphics card or something. They do look very nice though.

PM him and see if he will send you the sky mod he made a long time back.

There are actualy 4 for the clouds I have the mod and just looked at it. I can not post his mod for download with out permission so you will have to ask him for it.

I have emailed Seeadler about these pics and he said, that these are pictures from a proof-of-concept for a external program which manipulates at runtime data in the registers of the graphics card.

The whole work runs in a context of a university project for the next months, and is therefore not available as a mod. He don't know at present if it will be available later for a game mod, because licence things of 3rd party stuff must be clarified for this.

I truly thought it was part of his old mod.
