GWX Multiplayer

Hay guys, got a few questions about GWX online multiplayer.
1.Why does it say that you can't connect to server because of zero ping?
2.How can you get around this?
3.Why is it doing this?

I would really like to play GWX online since I can't dive to my friends house to play GWX multiplayer really easily.

Tha't a negative.... Both our firewalls are down. It's saying that a fire Wall or a NAT server is up.

Router ?
