View Full Version : Track IR help needed!

In the status bar it is shown as "configuring" with the blue LED light flashing periodicly, then stopping. I did a complete uninstall and reinstall of the Track IR software and rebooted etc, but it still doesn't work. I thought that reinstalling would work but it is still showing as configuring. Please help! Only got it yesterday!

I've posted on Naturalpoint's support forum but had no response thus far so was wondering if anyone here could help.

Have you done the "Check for game updates..." and "Check for software updates..." in the TrackIR software? That usually fixes mine when it starts doing crazy stuff.

Options to try:

Patch the disk software

Do an update online when it fires up

try repositioning the sensor location on top of your monitor
