Help with Multiplayer

Hi everybody, im new on this forum, i am a Merchant Marine Cadet, im in Mexico, i really like DW, i am not an expert using the game, i have a few days with it and i really like to play multiplayer but i have never played multiplayer games, i hope somebody can help me.

Hi all,

I've played Quake and Unreal Tournament (first-person-shooters) online, and with that you just click Multiplayer and bingo you've got tons of servers to choose from.

But, from what I can gather, it seems that with DW you have to plan games in advance? or what?

To be honest, I only have the MP Demo of DW. I have the full version of Sub Command, and it looks like just NOBODY plays that online any more eh?

So, I will get DW and hope to catch you all, um, where now?

DW doesnt have MP Servers like Quake or Battlefield 2 or whatever. To play DW you have to either join an active Virtual Fleet or gather a number of other players on your Instant Messenger list. Either way you should have other players to play with, only thing as you correctly mentioned is that you have to organize a game yourself and cant simply jump into a server at any time.
