Probably Old Hat to a lot of you guys by now, but for those who haven't had the pleasure, here is a link to a kickass website dedicated to teaching the fine art of Tweaking.

http://www.tweakguides.com

Whether it's additional security features you are after, or a boost to gfx performance, this site has it all (well, almost!) with step by step guides for tweaking Windows, hardware and even specific games. The author even provides a pretty thorough list of all the best freeware and shareware utilities to best suit your needs, from Anti-Malware and Anti-Virus programs to Registry Cleaners and Boot Optimizers with instructions how to use them. A veritable Captains Booty of information and definitely not to be missed. I have to be honest, I've gone through the System Tweak Guide with a fine tooth comb and now my system boot times are reduced immensely, my general system performance is 100's of times better than before and a lot more stable and secure aswell. I cannot stress how much better my comp is now having spent a few hours following the guides advice. If you have ever wanted to get the absolute best performance out of your machine, but lacked the know-how, this is definitely the place to go.

Cheers!
