In this holy week, history channel is airing lots of biblical documentaries.

SAw one today where they re-create the noah´s ark in auto cad, 3d.

the tonnage , as they said, would the same as of a 747 boeing loaded with 40 elephants !!!1 lol :lol: :lol: :yep:

Did they remember to include all the tanks for the freshwater fish (or saltwater, whichever way you presume) when the world was covered in thousands of meters of the wrong type of water for half the species of fish on the planet?

I'm confused - why did he want 40 elephants? Come to think of it, where did he get the 747?





Actually, what surprised me when I read this somewhere... the Bible would normally be considered likely I suppose, although not if you knew me.... was the idea of 'the animals went in two by two' being a song lyric that caught on to the extent that it's become 'fact' that he loaded 2 of everything when the manifest for the move actually had different numbers of different species. I vaguely recall odd lyrics from the song which dates back to my first childhood.

I think at that time most fish would run in both fresh water and salt water... :lol:
