I noticed that the developers decided on changing the way the Torpedo reload time is being shown. Now, instead of regular minutes and seconds countdown, we have some kind of nn/100 system...
OK, I can live with a new system, even though I don't see the point of changing just for the sake of it. But is there a way to know how long this "100" mark is equaling to? I guess it changes depending on the crew in place but I have no idea the time I have to wait for a torp to be reloaded. In the heat of the battle, I found the information to be valuable when it came to design an attack plan...
Since I am the proud owner of a striped-down Canadian version manual, I may be missing some info regarding this. I thank in advance anyone who can tell me if the regular version of the manual states any pointer to that regard.
