Help! Can't move anymore...

I just had a mission to bring Supplies to some place. Close to the target area I stopped the sub, but still couldn't give the supplies. So i wanted to get the sub going again, but: Nothing. It does not start the engines anymore, regardless of which speed setting I try. An idea? Bug (again)?

Go to nav map and move your next waypoint slightly. I have to do that every time I load a saved game.

Or you were running at GQ (General Quarters) for too long and wore your crew out to where they were too tired to function. Had that happen to me once.
