PING RATE/Multiplayer

HEY Guys, Question. During multiplayer SH3 I have no problem joining games and love it, HOWEVER, When I host a game, My buddies say they can see my server but there is no PING, thus they cant join it. WHAT can I do. I am running roadrunner through a Belkin Router. I also have spy sweeper and ad-ware running in background. I have attempted to shut off security to see if it would work to no avail!! Like I said, No problems joining thats fine, Ping, Where is my Ping??
