For what it's worth now, as you're done playing by now. Nobody on the internet will be able to join the game-host on that IP adress. 192.168.x.x is reserved for local-area-networks aka LANs, computers with a direct network connection. If you want people to connect to your host through the internet you need to give the IP adress that was assigned by you ISP. (And ofcourse to have your firewall/router set up properly)
