Have you tried using the search facility above.I was never a modder and I think a lot of the people who did modding no longer visit. What kind of mods are you hoping to do?

I can't find any tutorial on there on how to do anything in modding, I want to know how to put models, made by Gmax, into the game /:

As far as I recall, this was never permitted by the manfacturers of the game. As a result, the required source code was never made publicly available.

From the beginning when all the chatter was on the boards and SubCommand was a new game I was shaking my head. I never could understand why a company would shoot themselves in the foot like that. Modding is the lifeblood of games. If you look at the king of modding - Half Life, it is evident. There are a multitude of games that testify to this fact. Ghost Recon survived as long as it did on the strength of mods, continually generating sales and promoting a thriving community.
