I read, and enjoyed, Blind Mans bluff, and just picke dup Red Star Rogue. Can anyone reccomend a personal favorite Cold War era Sub book? Accounts of missions, etc?

Here are three recommendations:

Rising Tide - The Untold Story of the Russian Submarines That Fought the Cold War, by Gary E. Weir and Walter J. Byne

We Come Unseen - The Untold Story of Britain's Cold War Submarines, by Jim Ring

October Fury, by Peter A. Huchthusen

I can recommend that you ditch "Rogue" ASAP.

I used to be into sub books, but had few personal faves. I remember the book on Project Jennifer was great, but probably won't fit your bill on the subject of accounts of missions and such.

there is a book in french 'Il faut couler le kourk' by John Orlov , I didn't read it but it gave some informations on the 'submarine war' between CCPP and USA during the cold war
