This book is written by D.A.Romanov.He was part of the design team of the submarine Komsomolets.she was lost due to an electrical fire being mishandled by her crew.It contains a number of diagrammes-which are unfortunately small and need a decode as to what each item is.The diagrammes are of the air systems of the submarine.
Romanov seeks to defend his position as a member of the design team and also shows that poor training and a lack of a damage control manual caused the loss of the submarine.

Well,I completely missed that one Ms!I think he and the rest of his team obviously got all the blame from the official enquiry and it would seem that the crew were a large part of the error chain.A good read never the less.
