Yes I would like to know too.

Because I already bought my copy many months ago (almost a year now) and I don't plan to buy the European version just for this.

An answer would be great.
I thought the Subguru update that we can see on the left side of the main page would have offered me the campaign again?

To my knowledge, European version hasn't actually hit the stores yet. Even after it does, I want to give time for it to make some sales, before making my part of the 'Added Content' public again.
