I recently signed up to the atlantik II campaign, just have one question does it involve using a enigma simulator to decode missions recieved from Bdu? because it doesn't say anything about that at the website other than you have to have enigma M4 simulator

Some, but not all, missions do include an OPTIONAL Enigma message that arrives as part of the email containing the monthly mission theater file. Those who elect to decode it will receive special intel that will not be made available in the regular mission briefing and radio messages.

You can play the mission successfully without the enigma message, but you get a decided advantage if you do (someone may have sighted a particularily nice target or a HK group you'd like to avoid ). :up:

The website has links to download the Enigma software, manual, and code book.

One very important point that needs to be made in order to join the Atlantik II Kampaign..........

Also as a side bonus when you join you are issued "training missions" once completed and assigned to a front line boat you will recieve the "Atlantika II real torpedo mod" which rocks . No more point and shoot the mod alone make joining worth while ( and yes its only for active captains in Atantika) great guys and lots of fun. Everyone very helpful

Yes, it is a lot of fun. I reinstalled SH2 for it... and I am having loads of fun. We have online forums to hang-out in when you aren't sailing the high seas.

You play the mission off line and then post your stats the the forum.:up:
