Plane is Tu-204. No bazaar of meters and dials. Heck I can even sleep here.

Modern passanger aircraft.

No surprise really, the Russians have been using LCD displays for some time now in their new designs and in updated fighters.

Ok so they were just a tad late in doing so but what ever floats your boat.

yup tis true although aeroflot maintains russian planes they gone for the more reliable and easier to use and maintain airbus and boeing just the russian aircraft companies trying to keep up

It looks very well and futuristic, it could be a cockpit for any spaceship of starwars or star trek :) , it weren't because of the ugly jokes :-? (Sorry TLAM, I see you like them)

How can you steer an advanced million-dollar-worth airplane with the same handles as a Piaggio Scooter? :rotfl:

'Bull horn' Yokes, seem very popular in certain aircraft. Concorde, all Embraer jets.

I think the avionics suite on the 204 is by Honeywell, who make these things for most large manufacturers. Nice and tidy isn't it.
