Am I missing something? I cannot find any links on the Panic Ensues website, such as the manual or about.

So, the Commander's Manual can still be found at the link in the first post but for new users to PE's website.... it's going to be confusing.

Am I missing something? I cannot find any links on the Panic Ensues website, such as the manual or about.

The php scripts have been intermittently failing on the website because I'm exceeding the CPU limits of the hosting provider; the in-game leaderboards connect to the same server and have been hammering it pretty hard lately.

I will be changing the way the leaderboards work to fix that over the next couple of days, but in the meantime the site will be unreliable.
