Is Real Environment-Revision-3 compatible with Open Horizons2_fullv 1.8. ?
If not which MOD would you recommend?

I think you meant to post this in the "Silent Hunter 5" forum and not in the "Silent Hunter Online" forum. Also, sorry I don't know enough to help you.
