Changing Crew Size

I've got the silent 3d editor. What folder and file to change # of officers, po's and seamen on the 9d2 and 18 in uboat missions or any of the american subs in 4 ?

with the notepad open the archive tipe .UPC or .UPCGE, these file is in the submarine folder, chose the submarine at what you want to change the oficers... i dont see the max officers in the american subs, but in the german yes...
