flight conditions

hi.
according to manual i shouldn't set green deck if there aren't satisfacted the flight conditions (wind direction and wind speed, pitch and roll) because accidents may appen when launching helo.
i try to launch helo several time also if flight conditions aren't meet...and nothing happens.it simply takeoff safely...

any experience of accidents caused by takingoff when light conditions aren't meet?

They happen. In high sea states sometimes the helo will wash overboard. If you're really pitching and rolling a lot you can also cause it to crash or else it might not be recoverable.
