I can't even understand how to do the demo.....I'm about to buy the game, but not until I learn! I watched the Instruction movies, but I'm still trying to figure it out.

Is there a noob guide or something?

I was right down there with you when I first got the game. I thought I would be confined to only flying the helo, since I sucked at everything else. It takes a lot of practice, but it's worth it. Hope to see you in some multiplayer missions someday.
