Yeah, Crysis, is the best looking game to date. It's all running on DX10 as well. So basically what that means is that even though I have a system with dual Geforce 7900 GTXs, I won't be able to run it at full. Because my cards don't even support all the fancy graphic options it will have.:damn::damn:

I have to say that the physics were nice, but Alan Wake has better graphics than Crysis from what I saw on those video. ;)

Minimum video card is 7800GTX or equivalent. You'll probably need 8900GTXes to make it look kinda pretty though.

I wouldnt worry. The Devs said as long as you had a high end DX9 card then you would be able to run the game on high... I assume this means 7600+

I`m afraid not, a 7950GT will run it on medium settings. (Maybe)

comp specs for running it on max dx 10 graphics

Intel Core 2 Quad 2.67 Ghz CPU
Geforce 8800 GTX in SLI
4gb OCZ or Corsair High speed DDR2 RAM
the HDD that the game is on has to be a WD raptor 10k rpm hard drive
and a 300$ plus asus socket 775 SLI motherboard for overclocking and cooling
a thermaltake armour full tower case with about 6 120mm fans to cool everything.

that shud be suffienct. BUT this year new gen is coming out. microsoft started that gen with windows vista and dx 10, now new 45nm cpus are being built by intel, pci express 2 is coming out at 32x speed. it will probably be bigger then pci e and when pci express 2 comes out, thats when the major heavy duty dx 10 cards come out. and thats wat im waiting for to upgrade. so i recommened MOST of to stick with ur setup cuz if u upgrade now ur gonna regret in a few months when next gen stuff comes out and the dx9 part of the "computer evolution timeline"(which i jus made up) is phased out.

X-Com UFO Defense flashback:o. Except when you shot an object in X-Com, it didn't collapse, the part you hit just went away. You could evaporate the base of a lamp post and the rest of it would just hover in mid-air as it nothing had happened:shifty:. Badly phrased, but you get what I mean.

Crysis is looking good.
